Six Honey Crunch biscuits
Ingredients:
55g/2oz butter,55g/2oz pl flour,1 tblsp honey,55g/2oz granulated sugar, 85g/3oz rolled oats, ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
Method: Melt the butter and honey together. Take off heat and add bicarbonate of soda. In a bowl put flour, sugar and oats, mix in the liquid mixture and allow to cool slightly. Put knobs of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet and flatten slightly
Bake at 325°F/170°C or Gas Mark 4 for approx 15mins. To be displayed on a white paper plate with a doily covered with clear polythene or cling film.
