8 Riding Club Horse for Riders aged 15 & over. 9 Pony Club Pony. Not exceeding 14.2hh (148cms). The Valerie White Perpetual Challenge Cup, presented by Mrs Valerie White to the best turnout -out Horse or Pony in Classes 8 and 9. Entries wishing to be considered for this award are to wear white armbands provided by themselves. The Melplash Agricultural Society offers a Special Rosette for the best 'Local' member of a Pony Club in Class 9. (See Rule 6).

Prize Money: 1st £20; 2nd £15; 3rd £12 Judge: Limited to the first 30 entries received. The Melplash Agricultural Society respectfully request that ALL competitors in the Pony classes wear a skull cap or hat with safety harness according to the current approved BSI or European Standard.
